Scan2PMS quickly scans the information on your driver’s license, passport, or government IDs from all over the world and accurately fills in your Property Management System (PMS), saving a picture of the ID. Some models can also scan passports. Imagine no more misspellings or incorrect addresses.

I-Dentify™ ID-150 Card Authentication Scanner

Driver's licenses, military IDs and alien registration cards

The ID-150 is a full-color, 600 DPI, duplex scanner that will scan the front and back of a card and its magnetic stripe in one simple operation. The ID-150 will quickly and accurately authenticate identity documents such as driver’s licenses, alien registration cards, and federal, state, and local government IDs from all over the world.

DESKO PENTA® and PENTA UV®

Driver’s license, government ID and passports

DESKO´s multifunctional scanning solution PENTA Scanner® and TTI´s software application Scan2PMS provide an efficient combination of hardware and software for a fast and convenient check-in process customized to the needs of the hotel. The PENTA Scanner® is an intuitive device allowing hotel staff to perform quick and reliable scans of documents such as passports, ID cards and drivers´ licenses. The staff member simply places the ID document on the scan window. The PENTA Scanner® captures ID and image data within seconds. In a next step, TTI´s application Scan2PMS automatically extracts all relevant guest information and populates the data directly into the appropriate fields of the hotel´s Property Management System (PMS). If desired, a digital image of the ID document or the facial photo can also be extracted. The collected information can be stored in a customer database for e.g. bonus programs or post stay marketing activities. Additionally, the accurate and fast ID authentication for hotel and hospitality businesses is proven to cut theft and chargebacks.

The Gemalto QS2000® Full-page Document Reader inspects and images Machine Readable Travel Documents (MRTDs) in a variety of market segments. This reader is ideal for smaller desktop-based operations requiring fast document authentication in both government and commercial applications.

Create a “Do Not Rent” List

When you “Blacklist” a guest, and that ID is presented again, a POP UP will show up and say why the person was designated as “Do Not Rent”. You can also export and share with sister hotels.

Search by Name or ID

This new utility that will allow you to find the IDs with simple search criteria, like name, ID etc. This helps dispute chargebacks and increased security confirmation when someone has lost a key.

Contact Tracing Funtionality

If you have Covid19 related issues, you can trace guests more easily with confirmed contact information.
