Mobile printing allows guests to print from their devices to a printer in a secure method so that only they can release the document with the code they are sent. With our ePRINTit program guests can send the documents, receive a code, preview and print only the selected documents when they are ready to release them.
A Managed Business Center protects each guest’s information by completely erasing everything that was done while the guest was using and restoring the computer to its original state. The computer reboots to clear all information if the guest walks away, if they log out and the hotel can set a session time to prevent loitering. Managed Business Centers also contain web filters to prevent access to restricted sites.
Scan2PMS allows a hotel to scan a guest’s ID quickly and save the information in either the PMS or a folder. No making copies of IDs to meet requirements. The benefit is to speed up the check-in process, improve the quality of your data and provide the security of proving that you have checked an ID for your guests.
