Luxury Hotel & Resort Kahala expands its focus on guests with custom solutions

The new 27” iMac with retina display has high resolution and Kahala wanted to showcase the true clarity of the resolution. At the time of the hardware selection, TTI Technologies software was not ready for the Apple higher than usual resolution. Kahala also had a 27” Dell Precision PC with a 4K Discreet monitor that is state-of-the-art. TTI worked over the holidays and in just two weeks was able to write new software code that would allow the beauty of its software to display on Kahala’s Business Center hardware.
Aaron Okajima, the Director of Information Technology, worked directly with the TTI Operations Team to ensure that their guests would have the best available experience at no cost to the guest. Kahala Hotel and Resort also requested software and support for a new employee lounge so that their employees would also be able to quickly and efficiently handle day-to-day needs. “TTI Technologies delivered exceptional service and solutions that exceeded our expectations for both our free to guest business centers and our employee space,” shared Aaron Okajima, Kahala Director of IT.
